Open Positions

Graphic Designer

Create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements and other communication materials.

  • The ability to create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe’s Creative Suite - including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more.

  • Meet with clients to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communication.

  • Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received.

  • Review final productions for error and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.

Human Resources Employee

The Human Resources department is in charge of multiple internal functions for Barton International Group. As a Human Resources Associate you may take on several responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinate administrative functions

  • Design and implement recruitment and on-boarding of new employees

  • Oversee employee evaluations

  • Manage conflict

  • Conduct exit interviews

  • Organize and plan semesterly retreats

Business Development Employee

Business development associates network within the university and the Wichita business community to bring in prospective clients. Some tasks include the following:

  • Build and maintain successful relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Work as a team to come up with ideas to improve lead generation, bring in new leads for projects to the group

  • Meet with clients to better understand the services they are seeking

  • Write project proposals and present to clients
